In The It Technical Area And In The Ot Technical Area, Including, Among Others: Purchase And Implementation, I.E. Installation And Configuration, Implementation, Integration And Commissioning, Testing And Optimization Of Devices And Software Constituting Cyber Infrastructure Increasing Resistance To Cyberattacks, In Accordance With The Application Submitted By The Ordering Party In The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan C3.1.1. Cybersecurity - Cyberpl Recruitment Number: Kpod.05.10-Cw.01-001/252. The Project In Question Includes The Implementation Of A Set Of Tasks Along With The Delivery Of Equipment And Devices With Appropriate Software - In Accordance With The Characteristics And Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Acquisition, Reproduction And Distribution Of The Software Offered For The Purpose Of Performing The Public Procurement In Question Does Not Infringe The Intellectual Property Rights Of Any Third Party And Is In Accordance With The Act Of February 4, 1994. –On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24, As Amended), Act Of June 30, 2000 - Industrial Property Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1170) And Other Applicable Provisions Of Polish Law.
