Tenders are invited for Project: Aqua-Processing Enterprise Cluster Program The Aqua-Processing Enterprise Cluster Program aims to support aquatic-product processing enterprises to standardize their food safety and business operations, adopt proven operating models from successful processors, and connect to markets. The implementer will achieve four main goals: To standardize the processing operations and business processes of small and medium aquatic-product processors against basic national requirements, including business registration, processing license, hygiene practice, product specification, packaging, and labelling. To replicate proven operating models from successful processors so that participants adopt practices already working within their own sector. To connect participating processors with buyers in modern retail, hospitality, institutional, and wet markets. To identify the remaining funding gaps of participating processors and recommend qualified candidates for grant support. Target Beneficiaries Micro, small, and medium enterprises processing fish and other aquatic products (fermented fish paste, fish sauce, dried and smoked fish, fish crackers, and other value-added aquatic products). Processors located in targeted provinces. Beneficiary Selection Applicants must have been processing aquatic products commercially for at least twelve months and be operating in one of the target provinces. Applicants must demonstrate the willingness and legal ability to register the business and obtain a processing license during the program. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to full program engagement, including attendance at all training and hosting of coaching visits. II.
