The Primary Purpose Of The Contract Is The Studies, The Drawing Up Of Plans, The Construction And Commissioning Of A Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant, With An Administrative Capacity Equivalent To 1,125 Pe For The Purification Of Wastewater From The Entity Of Strée In The Commune Of Beaumont. The Establishment Will Take Place In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Thuin. The Content Of The Contract And Its General Context Of Execution Are Developed In The Technical Part Of These Specifications. In Addition To The Studies, The Execution Plans, The Construction And Commissioning Of The Installation, The Company Aims To Establish The Documents, Authorizations, Permits, Services, Supplies, Tests Necessary For The Execution Of The Work, The Establishment Of An Inventory Before And After The Work, Drawn Up In The Presence Of The Contracting Authority As Well As The Production Of After Work Files As Described In The Technical Clauses. The Works Are Located In An Agricultural Zone Subject To Low Risk Of Flooding By Overflow. The Attention Of Bidders Is Drawn To The Fact That This Special Specification Contains Social Anti-Dumping Clauses (With Significant Special Penalties) Developed Within The Framework Of The Strategic Development Committee Of The Charleroi And South-Hainaut Region. They Are Highlighted In Gray In The C.S.Ch.
