Quotation are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of 7 Plastic Rainwater Harvesting Tanks to Ando and Assahoun Cantons, Ave 1 Commune, Maritime Region GGGI Togo is inviting eligible suppliers to submit their quotations for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, Training, and Provision of a Defects Liability Period (DLP) for Seven (7) complete Plastic Rainwater Harvesting Systems, each including a 10 m³ (10,000 liters) tank and all associated works, materials, fittings and services specified in this RFQ. Where a single 10 m³ tank is not available, the Supplier may provide two (2) 5 m³ tanks per system, installed and connected to provide a combined nominal capacity of 10 m³. SUPPLY DETAILS: a) Tank Type: Above-ground vertical plastic/polyethylene water storage tank suitable for rainwater harvesting b) Capacity: 10,000 liters (10 m3) nominal minimum capacity. Where a single 10 m3 tank is not available, two (2) 5 m3 tanks may be supplied per system to provide a combined nominal capacity of 10 m3 c) Material: High-quality, UV-stabilized HDPE/MDPE or equivalent tank-grade polyethylene d) Manufacturing process: Rotationally molded, seamless, one-piece construction preferred e) Dimensions: Approximately 2,4003,000 mm diameter × 2,4503,650 mm height, subject to manufacturers standard design f) Weight: Approximately 300 kg minimum, or manufacturers standard weight demonstrating adequate structural strength g) Color: Opaque/dark color, preferably black, dark green or equivalent, to limit light penetration and algae growth h) UV Protection: UV-stabilized material suitable for prolonged outdoor exposure in tropical conditions i) Cover/access hatch: Minimum 500-600 mm diameter, secure and removable/lockable, with insect/mosquito-proof ventilation j) Inlet: minimum DN50/DN63, or hydraulically appropriate size for the roof catchment k) Overflow: Minimum DN 75/Dn/90, or hydraulically sized to prevent uncontrolled overflow l) Drain/washout: Provided, with isolation valve m) Tank fittings: All fittings, seals and connections suitable for long-term water storage n) Foundation: Reinforced concrete foundation o) Anchoring: to be provided where required by site foundations/manufacturer p) First-flush diversion: Each system shall include a properly sized first-flush diversion device installed upstream of the tank to divert the initial rainfall runoff from the roof catchment, with accessible drain/clean-out, mosquito/insect protection and arrangement that prevents diverted water from entering the storage tank. q) Filtration and treatment component: Each system shall include pre-tank screening/filtration to remove leaves, debris and coarse sediment, and a simple post-tank or point-of-use treatment/filtration arrangement appropriate for safe intended use, including replaceable or cleanable filter media, isolation/bypass valves where required, and clear maintenance instructions. r) Warranty: Minimum 12 months against manufacturing defects, longer manufacturer warranty preferred s) Defect Liability Period: 6 months from date of acceptance t) Design life: Minimum 15 years, subject to manufacturers stated design life.
