The non-refundable fee for Goods or Services will be Rs. 2000/= and for Contractors will be Rs. 5000/= which should be paid either by cash or cheque. Cheques should be drawn in favour of the "Chairman, Biyagama Pradeshiya Sabha, Delgoda". Separate applications should be submitted for each Goods or Service with true copies of the Business Registration Certificate per each application. The Registration Fee for above Goods and Services will be Rs. 2000/= and Contractor Registration Fee will be Rs. 5000/=.
