Tenders are invited for Acquisition and Implementation of a Biometric Staff Attendance Management Solution 1 Attendance management software (full and perpetual licence) 01 2 Fingerprint biometric readers (Ethernet connection) 05 3 Desktop biometric enrolment device (USB connection) 01 4 Installation, configuration and commissioning of the solution (software, readers, enrolment device) 01 5 Migration of existing users from the ZALLIX software or creation of users in the event of difficulties migrating them from ZALLIX 01 6 Training of solution administrators and managers 01 PROFILE OF CONSULTANTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION The supplier shall provide a project team consisting at a minimum of: 6.1. One (1) Project Manager / Systems Engineer Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (Bac+3) in computer science, networks, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum three (03) years in the deployment of client/server software solutions. Required skills: o Administration of Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server; o Database migration and management (essential for migrating users from ZALLIX); o Project management and user training. 6.2. One (1) Installation Technician Education: Minimum two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in electronics, networks, or low-voltage systems. Experience: Minimum two (02) years in the installation and network configuration (TCP/IP) of biometric, time attendance, or access control equipment.
