Expression of Interest for Provision of Warehousing Services SCOPE OF SERVICES Secure storage, handling, and dispatch of programme supplies including cold-chain and pharmaceutical items, with receiving, packing, kit assembly, dispatch, temperature/humidity monitoring, and inventory management services. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Valid Certificate of Incorporation (CAC Certificate) Evidence of an active corporate bank account (personal accounts will not be accepted) Tax Clearance Certificate (last 3 years) Audited Financial Statements (last 3 years) Company profile with relevant warehousing experience, including any prior experience working with UN agencies, NGOs, large-scale public sector or other international organizations will be an added advantage. List of states within Nigeria where the company has the capacity to provide warehousing services. IMPORTANT NOTES This is a Request for Expression of Interest only and does not constitute a solicitation or create any contractual obligation on the part of UNICEF. Submission of a proposal implies that the supplier accepts UNICEFs General Terms and Conditions for the Contracting of Services. No cost or price information should be included at this stage; submissions containing monetary values will be excluded. Only shortlisted companies will be invited to participate in a subsequent solicitation process. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNICEF reserves the right to modify or cancel this requirement at any stage. UNICEF likewise reserves the right to add or modify requirements and conditions it deems necessary for the subsequent stage of the solicitation process.
