Air Traffic Control Software Package – Delivery, Commissioning And Ongoing Maintenance Of A Met Data Processing System (Met-Ds For Short) For Austro Control Gmbh. Austro Control Gmbh Intends To Procure The “Delivery, Commissioning And Ongoing Maintenance Of An Integrated Met Data Processing System For Austro Control Gmbh”. In Particular, The Procurement Includes The Software Package As A Uniform Centralized Overall System (Hereinafter “Met-Ds”) For The Six (6) Air Traffic Control Locations Salzburg (Lows), Innsbruck (Lowi), Klagenfurt (Lowk), Linz (Lowl), Graz (Lowg), Vienna (Loww) As Well As The Installation And Commissioning, Documentation And It Training. The Met-Ds System Must Include The Basic Functionalities According To The List Of Services (See Lv Point 1.1.). The Met-Ds System Must Be Integrated Into The Existing Acg System Environment And It Is Generally Intended That The System Will Be Operated On Premise By The Acg Itself. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Software; The System Must Be Operated On The Existing Virtualization Platform Provided By Acg. The Commissioning Of The Atis/D-Atis Parts Must Be Successfully Completed By June 30, 2028 At The Latest. Delivery And Full Commissioning Must Be Successfully Completed By June 30, 2029. Furthermore, A Permanent Maintenance Contract (24/7/365) Should Be Obtained For The New System, Which Ensures Both Timely Troubleshooting And Further Development In Accordance With Regulatory Requirements. The Maintenance Contract Is Concluded For An Unlimited Period, With A Mutual Eighteen (18) Month Notice Period To The End Of A Calendar Year. The Contractor And The Client Can Terminate The Contract At The Earliest Forty-Eight (48) Months (= Waiver Of Termination) After The Warranty/Guarantee Period Has Expired. The Place Of Performance Is Vienna And The Service Begins Immediately After The Acceptance Of The Contract. The Contract Begins After Acceptance Of The System. Payment For The Maintenance Contract Is Made For The First Time After The Warranty Has Expired 2 Years After Acceptance. The Following Service Components Are To Be Offered As Options: • A Quota Of 500 Hours For Activities Within The Meaning Of The Basic Mandate (See Lv Point 1.2) • Extensible Interface Capability (See 14.1 Tecspec) • Operating Mode Monitor Local (See 14.2 Tecspec) • Sma Interface (See 14.3 Tecspec) • Electric Storm Warning (See 14.4 Tecspec) • Alternate Airport For Military Aviation Display (See 14.5 Tecspec) • Swim Interface (See 14.6 Tecspec).
