European Public Tender Combating Environmental Disasters And Dumping On Land And Water. Wsrl Wants A Single Point Of Contact For Environmental Disasters And Dumping. By Making Clear Agreements, Environmental Disasters And Dumping Are Dealt With In An Unambiguous Manner. Assignment Description The Assignment Concerns The On-Demand Cleaning, Collection, Transport, Storage And Processing Of Environmental Pollutants And Dumpings On Land And Water Managed In The Wsrl Management Area, At: Roads And Road Verges (In Alblasserwaard And Vijfheerenlanden); Flood Defenses; Land Owned By Wsrl; Waterways/Waterways. Environmental Pollutants Are Substances That Can Cause Damage To The Living Environment, People And/Or The Environment, For Example Chemicals, Oils (Including Fuels) And Asbestos Particles. Dumpings Are Waste Materials That Are Found Unattended, Consciously Or Unconsciously (For Example In The Event Of An Accident). If There Is (Water) Soil Contamination, The Contractor Must Provide Environmental (Water) Soil Advice (Situational, Including Taking Water Quality Samples) Showing Whether Remediation At The Emergency Location Is Necessary. If This Is The Case, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out The Remediation. If The Contractor Itself Is Not Recognized For This, The Contractor Will Engage A Recognized Subcontractor For This. The Contractor Is Responsible For The End Result. It Is Important For Wsrl To Have A Contracted And Therefore Guaranteed Deployment Of A Contractor For The Execution Of This Tender Assignment 24/7 - 365 Days. After Reporting A Disaster, Wsrl Expects The Tenderer To: 1. By Asking The Right Questions (Probing Questions) To The Reporter, Assess The Situation As Completely As Possible And Determine The Measures To Be Taken And Equipment And Personnel To Be Deployed; 2. The Tenderer Takes Measures To Prevent Further Pollution, Consequential Damage, Expansion And/Or Ecological Risks (Risks With Regard To The Living Environment, People And The Environment) Of The Calamity (The Wsrl Employee(S) On Site (Usually An Enforcer) Often Carry Out Small Work, Such As Placing Oil Booms On The Water, Etc.); 3. Ensuring A Safe (Traffic) Situation And Working Environment. If Independently Combating The Emergency Proves Impossible, The Tenderer Must Only Secure The Emergency Location Until Emergency Services And/Or (Other) Specialized Parties Arrive On Site; 4. If The Situation Requires This, The Contractor Will Carry Out Environmental (Water) Soil Advice And Soil Remediation In Cases Of Urgency. If The Service Is Not Urgent, The Client Has The Option To Purchase This Service Through Another Party. In That Case, No Investigation Or Action Is Required From The Contractor (Such As Drawing Up The Report). Is Of An Urgent Nature
