The Field Of Supervision Services Consists Of The Following Main Components: A) Information And Analysis Activities; B) Project Management Activities; C) Verification, Organization And Archiving Activities Of The Documentation; D) Activities In The Pre-Construction Phase E) Activities During The Mobilization Period Of The Contractor F) Activities Related To The Supervision During The Execution Period Of The Works; G) Activities Related To Issuing The Payment Certificate; H) Activities Related To The Supervision During The Guarantee Period Of The Works; I) Activities Of Closing The Works Contract And Finalizing The Service Contract; J) Activities Related To Claims; K) Activities Related To The Resolution Of Disputes Within The Works Contract; L) Activities Related To Disputes / Arbitrations Between The Parties; M) Activities In Case Of Suspension Or Termination Of The Work Execution Contract.
