Business Services: Law, Marketing, Consulting, Recruitment, Printing And Security – Framework Agreement On Event Management. With More Than 40,000 Students And Around 12,000 Employees, The University Of Hamburg (Uhh) Is One Of The Largest Research And Training Institutions In Northern Germany. It Uses Its Rooms And Outdoor Areas At Times For The Universitys Own Events, Such As Conferences, Exhibitions Or Scientific Lectures, As Well As For Third-Party Events, Usually With A Scientific Focus. In This Context, A Company Is Needed That Provides Qualified Event Managers For These Events And That Provides Advisory Support To The Responsible Uhh Departments In Planning Security Measures. The Event Managers Appointed Are Intended To Represent The University Of Hamburg As The Operator Of Its Buildings At On-Site Events And, For This Purpose, Take On The Operator Duties For A Limited Period Of Time In Accordance With Section 38 Vstättvo. For This Purpose, The University Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Section 21 Vgv For The Event Management Service. This Framework Agreement Is Scheduled To Run For 12 Months With The Option To Extend It Three Times For A Further 12 Months Each Time. The Framework Agreement Therefore Has A Maximum Term Of 48 Months. It Is Scheduled To Begin On December 1, 2026. The Annual Volume Is Non-Bindingly Estimated At 1,000 Hours Of Operation, Of Which Around 70% Are Carried Out By Event Managers With Higher Qualifications (Master Craftsmen/Event Specialists). The Maximum Total Volume Of The Framework Agreement Is 6,000 Hours Of Use Over The Maximum Total Term Of The Contract.
