A Year Ago, The Norwegian Food Safety Authority Changed The Organisation From Regions And Traditional Line To National Divisions And Empowered Teams. We Recruited Over 40 New Leaders, Which Equates To Well Over Half Of All The Food Safety Authority Leaders. The New Leaders Came In With Different Management Experience And With A Background From Both The Public And Private Sectors. In The Process, We Reduced The Total Number Of Managers, And For Some Managers This Has Resulted In A Larger Management Span.
