Rolling Stock – Lucie Market: Acquisitions Of Medium Power Locomotives. This Acquisition Contract Concerns The Acquisition Of Thermal And Battery Hybrid Locomotives And Their Support Elements (Technical Documentation, Maintenance, Parts, Etc.) Allowing Sncf Réseau To Operate And Carry Out Or Have Their Maintenance Carried Out By A Third Party. These Locomotives Are Expected To Be The First From 2032. The Planned Delivery Rate Is Around 20 Locomotives Per Year With The Possibility Of Increasing Up To 30. Their Missions Will Be Divided Into Transport, Maneuvering And Construction Site Missions (Measures Or Works) Including In Tunnels And Dense Areas Where Their Emissions Rates Must Be Particularly Reduced. Furthermore, They Must Also Be Able To Withstand Significant Periods Of Non-Use (6 Weeks). The Locomotive Must Be Versatile And Access The Entire Network Of The French Rail System (Excluding Lines Equipped With Tvm Only) Independently, Which Implies In Particular Respecting The G1 Gauge And Not Exceeding The Mass Of 20 Tonnes On The Axle In Mvd And 80 Tonnes For The Locomotive. The Locomotive Must Be Equipped With A Hybrid Traction Chain (Thermal And Battery) And Must Be Able To Operate On Thermal Alone And On Battery Alone. It Must Be Equipped With Kvb Speed Control And Etcs Level 2. The Contract Also Includes The Acquisition Of Technical And Maintenance Documentation For The Locomotive And Its Support Elements (First Batch Of Spare Parts, Specific Tools, After-Sales Service, Etc.) And The Possibility Of Additional Purchases Of Spare Parts For A Period Of 15 Years.
