The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply (Sale) Of Electrical Energy And The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of The Capital Municipality - Pancharevo Region And The Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso Ead And The Assumption Of The Costs Of Imbalances For The Objects Of The Capital Municipality - Pancharevo Region And Its Adjacent Administrative Buildings/Facilities. Delivery Of The Required Estimated Quantities Of Net Active Electrical Energy For All Tariff Zones (Peak, Day And Night). Estimated Quantity For The Term Of The Contract Is 1,180 Megawatt Hours (1,180 Mw) Of Net Active Electrical Energy. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Consumption Does Not In Any Way Commit The Contracting Party To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Contracting Partys Consumption Within Its Framework, By Supplying The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Make Changes To The Objects (Deletion Or Addition Of An Object), Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Need. In The Event That During The Term Of The Contract, The Metropolitan Municipality Establishes A Municipal Company - A Trader Of Electrical Energy, The Contract Will Be Terminated Early.
