By Covering Part Of The Additional Costs That The Market Incurs By Choosing More Energy- And Climate-Friendly Solutions, Enova Will Contribute To Promoting Climate Projects. Enova Also Provides Guidance. Enovas Answering Service Has Been Operated Externally For Over 20 Years. Enova Is Now In The Process Of Handling This Service With Its Own Employees. In Smaller Projects, Information And Advice Is Given, Preferably About Enovas Support Offer, On Enovas Websites, Through Newsletters And Enovas Guidance Service. Enova Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement For The Purchase Of Consultancy Assistance In Connection With The Establishment And Operation Of Enova Sfs New Answering Service. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure That Enova Has Sufficient Expertise And Capacity To Handle Inquiries And Training During A Transition Period Until The Internal Response Service Is Fully Operational. The Assignment Includes Consulting Assistance For Guidance Around Enovas Support Offer And The Energy Label Scheme As Well As Some Guidance On Topics Within Enovas Work Areas. When Carrying Out The Assignment, The Supplier Must Handle Agreed Incoming And Outgoing Inquiries For Enova In Line With The Answering Services Established Requirements For Customer Statistics, Including Response Time And Customer Satisfaction. The Consultants Will Form Part Of Enovas Newly Established Guidance Service, And The Working Methodology And Requirements For The Service Set By Enova Will Be Followed By The Consultants. The Consultants Office May Be Somewhere Other Than Trondheim, But Some Travel To Trondheim During The Contract Period Must Be Expected. It Is Estimated That The Scope Of The Agreement Corresponds To Up To 2 Fte (Full-Time Equivalents) In The Period From 01.03.27 To 31.12.27.
