Grasåslia Is An Existing Housing Estate On Ubergsmoen In Vegårshei Municipality. The Area Is Now To Be Densified And Expanded In Accordance With Adopted Regulatory Plan. The Undertaking Is Divided Into Two Phases, Where Phase 1 Consists Of Complete Design And Construction Of Roads, Va And Cable Trenches For Areas 2, 4, 7 And 8.Phase 2, Which Is An Option For The Client, Consists Of Areas 1 And 3.For Further Information On The Content Of The Procurement, See Part 2 - The Contract Basis.
