We Wish To Appoint A Single Specialist Consultant To Deliver The Services Summarised Below: •Establish A Proportionate Energy And Carbon Baseline And Confirm The Residual Scope 1 And 2 Emissions Gap, Including The Long-Term Route Away From Hvo.•Assess Energy Efficiency And Building Performance Opportunities Across Hvac, Controls, Bms, Lighting, Motors, Pumps, Fabric And Operational Optimisation.•Develop A Practical Vehicle Electrification Strategy And Associated Charging And Infrastructure Plan For The Operational Fleet.•Assess Technically And Commercially Viable On-Site Renewable Energy Generation (With A Particular Focus On Solar Pv), Storage And Demand Management Across The Estate.•Produce A Prioritised, Costed Investment Roadmap To 2030 And Beyond, Including Planned Maintenance.•Transfer Knowledge, Tools And Models So Poj’S Internal Teams Can Maintain And Build On The Roadmap After The Commission Ends
