The Offer Must Be Based On This Request For Tender And The Attachments. The Offer Must Be Given As A Total Price. The Bid Prices Must Be Based On The Estimated Skol Groups Hourly Estimates. Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy Acts As The Developer And Sulkavan Palvelut Oy As The Client. The Client Provides The Initial Information, But The Consultant Must Obtain All Other Necessary Information To Successfully Complete The Assignment. The Plans Must Be Accurate And Detailed So That The Necessary Construction Works Can Be Tendered And Carried Out Based On Them. The Plans Must Include Implementation Plans With The Necessary Structural And Special Plans, Map And Procedure Descriptions, And Cost Estimates Of Implementations.
