The City Of Espoo Has Started Preparations For The Procurement Of Site Planning Software And Is Inviting Suppliers To A Market Dialogue. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Cad Software Solution For The Production Of Information Model-Based Site Plans In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Built Environment Information System Act (431/2023) And The Ryhti System. The Station Planning Software Solution Is Used For Planning And Drawing Site Plans In Different Stages Of The Planning Process Together With Other Systems In Use In The Urban Environment Department Of The City Of Espoo. In Addition To This, The Software Solution Is Used For Traffic Planning And 3D Modeling. In Traffic Planning, Precise Street Geometries Are Drawn Up And It Is Ensured That Sufficient Space Is Reserved For Traffic Arrangements And Functions Within The Block, Such As Parking And Service Traffic. Traffic Planning Does E.G. General Planning, Street Maps And Cross-Sections, As Well As Street Leveling Planning, In Connection With Which Longitudinal And Pile Cross-Sections Are Made. The Preparation Of The Site Plan Is A Long-Lasting Process, Which Takes An Estimated 2-5 Years. Less Than 100 Station Plans Are Completed In Espoo Per Year, And About 90% Of Them Also Contain Traffic Plans. In One Site Plan Project, There Are Approximately 100 Documents Of Site Planning And Traffic Planning On Average, And They Are Mainly Stored In The Document Management System. The Station Planning And Traffic Planning Software Solution Has A Total Of Approximately 65 Users. Currently, Urban Planning And Traffic Planning In The City Of Espoo Is Mainly Done With Bentleys Planning Software. In Addition To This, Station Planning Information Is Also Managed In The Trimble Locus Municipal Information System And The Document Management System. In The Future, The Permanent Plan Id Will Be Obtained From The Ryhti System In Trimble Locus Plan Register, From Where It Will Be Copied Into The Site Plan Drawing Program. Station Plans Are Transferred As A Json File Transfer To Trimbles Locus Cloud For Export To The Ryhti System. The Formulas Are Transferred To The Ryhti System From Trimble Locus, Where The Management Of Formula Objects And Formula Changes And The Transfer Of Formula Attachment Files To The Ryhti System Also Take Place. The Purpose Of The Market Dialogue Is To Map The Station Planning The Market Situation Regarding Software Procurement. The City Of Espoo Wants To Hear The Thoughts Of Potential Suppliers About The Implementation Of The Tender And The Preparation Of The Request For Tenders. Schedule Of The Market Dialogue The Market Dialogue Will Initially Take Place In Two Phases: 1. Via Teams Initially In Weeks 43-44. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Invite A Maximum Of 4 Suppliers To The First Stage Of The Dialogue Based On The Information Request Responses.
