The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Execution Of The Works Corresponding To The “Improvement Plaza Salvador Allende” Project, Located On Avenida Los Zapadores, Between Avenida Guanaco And Calle Huber Benítez, Neighborhood Unit N°8, Commune Of Recoleta.The Project Aims To Fully Recover And Improve The Existing Public Space, By Incorporating Recreational Infrastructure, Inclusive Childrens Games, Sports Equipment, Street Furniture, Landscaping, Lighting, Irrigation System, Civil Works, Sanitary Works, Rainwater Works, Metal Structures And Commemorative Elements Associated With Salvador Allende, In Order To Strengthen Community Use, Improve Security Conditions, Promote Recreation, Citizen Encounters And The Quality Of Life Of The Community.The Works Include, At Least, The Following General Items:A. Installation Of Tasks, Temporary Closure, Construction Sign, Temporary Connections, Levels And Layouts.B. Preliminary Works, Cleaning, Steepening, Clearing, Removal Of Existing Furniture, Removal Of Stumps, Removal Of Sills, Removal Of Grass And Demolition Of Existing Pavements Or Structures. C. Coarse Work And Paving, Including Preparation And Compaction Of Subgrade, Stabilized Bases, Concrete Pavements, Radier, Continuous Rubber Pavement, Corn, Gravel, Solerillas And Tiles.D. Urban Furniture And Equipment, Including Seats, Benches, Seat-Type Planters, Garbage Cans, Segregators And Other Elements Defined In Plans And Technical Specifications.And. Childrens Games And Recreation, Including Large-Format Games, Inclusive Games, Musical Games, Wooden Games And Early Childhood Games.F. Complementary Sports And Recreational Equipment, Including Exercise Machines, Calisthenics Circuit And Ping Pong Tables.G. Special Infrastructure, Including Dog Area, Pergolas, Metal Structures, Foundations And Commemorative Sculpture Of Salvador Allende In Corten Steel.H. Landscaping, Including Management Of Existing Trees, Soil Preparation, Palmetto Grass, Xerophytic Landscaping, Native Grassland, Ornamental Landscaping, Ground Covers And Urban Trees.Yo. Irrigation System, Including Networks, Valves, Chambers, Sprinklers, Ditches, Filling, Tightness Tests And Commissioning.J. Sanitary And Stormwater Works, Including Drains, Chambers, Sumps, Pipes And Runoff Control Systems.K. Electricity And Lighting, Including Electrical Panel, Splicing, Led Luminaires, Metal Posts, Underground Conduits, Grounding, Electrical Chambers And Corresponding Certifications.L. Final Cleaning, Debris Removal, Operational Delivery, Functional Tests, Certifications, As-Built Plans And Maintenance Manuals. The Execution Must Fully Comply With The Plans, Technical Specifications, Official Budget, Clarifications, Responses To Queries, Approved Modifications And Other Background Information Of The Tender.Taking Into Account The Scale Of The Intervention, Configuration And Urban Condition Of Plaza Salvador Allende, Corresponding To An Intervention Of Approximately 11,218 M2, Practically Equivalent To A Complete Block Of The Commune, The Contractor Must Consider The Complete Closure Of The Intervention Area During The Execution Of The Works, By Means Of A Complete Provisional Perimeter Closure Of The Intervention Area During The Execution Of The Works, By Means Of A Continuous, Safe, Stable And Duly Signposted Provisional Perimeter Closure, In Accordance With Current Regulations And The Instructions Of The Ito.The Execution Must Be Organized As A Comprehensive And Unitary Intervention, Through A Coherent Programming Of Items, Specialties And Construction Sequences. This Programming Must Consider, At Least, Demolitions, Earthworks, Networks, Pavements, Structures, Furniture, Games, Landscaping, Irrigation, Lighting, Cleaning And Final Delivery, Ensuring The Technical, Material, Functional And Aesthetic Continuity Of The Project.The Contractor Must Adequately Coordinate The Execution Times Of Each Specialty, In Order To Avoid Interferences, Rework, Construction Discontinuities, Differences In Materiality, Variations In Color, Texture, Level, Joints, Finishes Or Quality Standards Between The Different Areas Of The Plaza. In The Event That, For Technical, Operational Or Safety Reasons, It Is Required To Internally Organize Certain Tasks, Said Organization Must Respond Only To Construction Criteria And Coordination Of Specialties, Without Altering The Material, Aesthetic And Functional Unity Of The Project, And Must Be Previously Informed And Approved By The Ito.General Background Of The Project:Location: Los Zapadores Avenue, Between Guanaco Avenue And Huber Benítez Street, U.V.
