The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Increasing The Biologically Active Area In The External Area Developed By Ec1 Łódź - City Of Culture In The Surroundings Of The Buildings Of The Former Ec1 Heat And Power Plant In The Area Of ​​Targowa, Tuwima And Hasa Streets In Łódź. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Entire Subject Of The Basic Order, Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz), Which In Particular Includes: A) Implementation, Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, Of Construction, Installation And Assembly Works As Well As Planting And Other Gardening Works In The External Areas Of Ec1, As Well As Installation Works And Accompanying Construction Works Inside The Ec1 Buildings, Necessary To Ensure Full Functionality Installations In External Areas. B) Disassembly And Reassembly Of Existing Site Elements In Cases Necessary To Carry Out The Works Indicated In The Sopz, Together With The Necessary Modifications Of Existing Elements And Installations Resulting From This Assembly And Disassembly, While The Activities Indicated In The Above Sentence Should Be Considered As Accompanying Works And Covered By The Subject Of The Order; C) Performance Of Design Works In The Field Of Preparation Of Workshop And Technological Designs Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment And Preparation Of Replacement Drawings In Relation To The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party, In The Event Of An Application By The Ordering Party The Contractor To Introduce Replacement Solutions; D) Delivery Of Devices Related To The Subject Of The Order And Their Installation And Commissioning In Accordance With Sopz; E) Expansion Of Existing Low-Voltage Systems Managed By The Bms System And Ensuring Full Integrity Of The Expanded Infrastructure With The Existing One; F) After Completion Of Individual Stages Of Works And Works, Carrying Out All Necessary Acceptance Procedures And Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Approvals And Notifications Allowing The Ordering Party To Use External Areas, Preparing As-Built Documentation In A Form And Scope Consistent With Sopz;G) Guarantee And Warranty Benefits Under The Terms Provided For In The Agreement.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan, Coordinate And Implement The Subject Of The Order And To Perform All Administrative, Formal And Organizational Activities Which, In Accordance With The Agreement, Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions Or Applicable Laws, Are Charged To The Contractor And Are Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 3) Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of The Final Decision On The Building Permit Dprg-Ua-I.2104.2025 Of December 10, 2025 And The Decision Of The Łódź Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Wuoz-Zz.5142.66.2025.Js On The Permit To Carry Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Regis
