Krzywoń 6 In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Project Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In Rural Areas In The Pszczyna Commune - Agreement No. Fesl.02.01-Iż.01-0E7c/24, Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027 Priority Fesl.02 European Funds For Green Development, Measure Fesl.02.01 Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings, In Particular: 1.1.In Terms Of Preparation And Design Work, Among Others: 1.1.1.Carrying Out A Local Inspection, Inventory And Verification Of The Existing Condition, Including The Condition Of Partitions, Flat Roofs, Joinery, Central Heating Installations, Electrical Installations, Lightning Protection Installation, Drainage, Facade Elements And Rooms Affected By The Works;1.1.2.Development Of Complete Technical And Executive Documentation Of Individual Industries In The Scope Resulting From The Pfu (Facade Design, Concept Of Interior Finishing After The Works, Design Of Electrical Installations, Design Of Sanitary Installations In The Appropriate Scope), Energy Audit, On-Site Inspection, Guidelines Of The Ordering Party And Applicable Regulations; 1.1.3.Performing The Necessary Control Excavations, Measurements, Tests And Checks If The Existing Condition Raises Doubts Or Is Necessary For The Proper Design Of The Works;1.1.4.Obtaining All Necessary Consents, Permits And Design Documentation Arrangements On Behalf Of The Ordering Party;
