1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Technical Infrastructure In Technical And Server Rooms, Including: Power Supply And Air Conditioning Systems In The State Fire Service Units. Conducting An Opening Audit, Development And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System, Hereinafter Referred To As Isms, And A Closing Audit Along With Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Implementation, And A Comprehensive Service Including Assessment Of The Initial State, Design, Documentation And Practical Implementation Of The Isms, And Then Independent Verification Of The Effectiveness Of The Implementation, Including Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party And The Provision Of Technical Documentation, Warranty Documents And As-Built Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Annex No. 3A To The Swz - Opening Audit, Development And Implementation Of The Isms And A Closing Audit, As Well As The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.1.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Opening Audit, Development And Implementation Of The Isms And A Closing Audit Do Not Constitute Grounds For Limiting The Scope Of The Contractors Obligation. If, For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Perform Earthworks Or Use Materials, Devices Or Equipment Resulting From The Order Documentation And Not Explicitly Included, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include Them In The Offer Price. 1.2 Before Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Visit The Site In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Technical Condition Of The Facilities And The Conditions For Carrying Out Deliveries And Earthworks.
