The Subject Of The Order Is: A.Purchase Of Brand New Ict Equipment:• Ethernet Switch Type 1 - 2 Pieces;• Ethernet Switch Type 2 - 2 Pieces;• Ethernet Switch Type 3 - 3 Pieces;• Ethernet Switch Type 4 - 1 Piece. Detailed Requirements For The Devices Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz);B.Implementation Of Devices In The Ordering Partys It Infrastructure; C.Providing The Ordering Party With A Service Package Assigned To Each Device Along With Package Activation;2.The Order Includes The Integration Of The Purchased Equipment With Management And Monitoring Systems Operating In The Capital City Of Warsaw, I.E. Software: A) From Cisco Systems (Wsa/Ise Radius/Ise Tacacs/Pi/Dna/Software Defined Networking (Sdn) - Application Centric Infrastructure (Aci)), B) Opensource (Including Zenoss, Nagios, Oxidized).3.The Ordering Party Requires Independent Access To The Manufacturers Website Enabling: A) Submitting Service Requests In The Manufacturers Technical Center; B) Updating The Software To The Latest Version; C) Access To Device And Software Documentation; D) Access To The Manufacturers Technical Support.4.All Network Equipment Supplied Must Be Brand New, Manufactured By A Single Manufacturer And Delivered From That Manufacturers Legal Distribution Channels.5.The Ordering Party Requires Documentation To Be Attached To The Devices - Operating Instructions In Polish Or English (Electronic Version On A Usb Flash Memory). 6. The Contractor Ensures And Undertakes That The Use Of The Delivered Products By The Ordering Party In Accordance With This Agreement Will Not Constitute An Infringement Of The Copyrights Of Third Parties.7.The Devices Are To Be Delivered With Equipment For Installation In Rack Cabinets.8.After Delivering The Switches, The Contractor Will Provide The Service Of Installing And Configuring The Switches In The Ud Włochy It Network, Including The Necessary Configuration For Their Integration With The Network And Network Management Systems Of M. St Warszawa. 9. The Scope Of The Work Is To Cover The It Network Of Ud Italy, Including The Currently Operating Network Switches Installed At Distribution Points (Pd) In Terms Of Transferring The Configuration To The Supplied Switches. Detailed Scope Of Work: A) Consultations And Preparation Of Switch Configurations According To The Guidelines From The Information Technology (It) Office, Network Management Department, M.St. Warsaw. B) Inventory Of The Current Configuration Of Access Switches In The It Network Of Ud Włochy. C) Preparation Of A Schedule And Implementation Plan, Under Which The Contractor Must Provide A Proposal To Update The Technical Documentation In Electronic Form, Submitted For Verification. This Proposal Must Specify The Stages Of Implementation And Minimize Its Risks, And The Technical Data Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Partys Employees. D) After Accepting The Technical Proposal And Discussing The Project Plan, The Implementat
