Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services – Heri2 Automatic Monitoring Devices For Railway Structures. Based On This Framework Agreement, The Customer Acquires The Following Equipment/Services: Wireless And Continuous Monitoring Systems For Tilting And Deformation Of Railway Structures, Including Measuring Devices, Data Transfer, Browser-Based Services, Visualization, Automatic Alarms Based On Limit Values, And Support Necessary For Implementation And Use. The Orders To Be Placed On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Are Directed To The Helsinki-Tampere Railway Section And Basically To The Following Projects: • Helsinki-Riihimäki Capacity Increase 2Nd And 3Rd Phase, And • Helsinki-Tampere Basic Improvement, Start-Up Phase Despite The Starting Point Stated Above, Orders According To The Framework Agreement Can Also Be Placed In Other Areas, I.E. In New Projects That May Start On The Track Section During The Contract Period. The Amount Of Work To Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Framework Arrangement Is A Total Of Approximately 400,000.00 Euros Per Year And Approximately 1,600,000.00 Euros During The Validity Period Of The Framework Arrangement, Excluding Value Added Tax. The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded Between Two (If There Are Less Than 2 Accepted Offers, The Framework Arrangement Can Also Be Concluded With One Operator). Place 2 Is Included In The Framework Arrangement, If The Offered System Is Different From Place 1 And The Difference Between The Comparison Price Of The Accepted Offer For That Place And The Cheapest One Is Less Than 20%.
