The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Delivery Of Technical Equipment With Software For Digital Recording Of Court Hearings, Installation, Implementation, Commissioning, Warranty Service And Technical Support In The Rooms Designated For Modernization; Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Technical Devices With Software, As Well As Installation, Implementation, Warranty Service And Technical Support Of The Audio-Video Recording System For A Friendly Audition Room. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 (Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) And Annex No. 1.1 To This Swz - Which Is Also The Price Form. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. 2.
