Delivery Of A Mobile Recompression Unit And Performance Of The Associated Services For Methane Emission Reduction During Depressurisation Activities On Fluxys’ Gas Network Installations. The Scope Includes The Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Inspection And Testing, Shipping, Commissioning, User Training And Start-Up Of A Complete Mobile Recompression Unit, Including All Equipment Required For The Compression Process And Associated Maintenance And Support Services. The Unit Must Be Powered By A Gas Engine, Installed In An Outdoor Enclosure, Suitable For Use With High-Calorific Gas And Gas Mixtures Containing Up To 10% Hydrogen, And Designed To Recompress Gas From Pressure Reducing Lines, Pig Traps And Isolated Pipe Sections For Reinjection Into The Fluxys Network. The Unit Must Comply With Applicable Belgian Legislation And European Directives, Minimise Natural Gas Emissions, And Be Designed To Provide The Most Economical Capex/Opex Solution. As An Option, The Contractor Shall Also Offer The Integration Of The Unit On A Flatbed Truck Of Approximately 4.5 M X 2.1 M.
