The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Replacement Of The Esmikko Access Control Systems Located In The Buildings Managed By The City Of Espoo And Espoo Elä Ja Asu Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylä Uimahalli, Kiinteistö Oy Tapiolan Louhe And Kiinteistö Oy Espoo Keskuskeittiö With A New Access Control System. In Addition, The Purchase Includes The Service And Maintenance Services Of The Abloy Os Access Control System Used By The Customer. The Sites Are Located In The City Of Espoo. The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition Without Vat 1,610,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Which Is Divided As Follows: City Of Espoo 1,410,000 Euros Espoon Elä Ja Asu Oy 50,000 Euros Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylä Swimming Pool 50,000 Euros Kiinteistö Oy Tapiolan Louhi 50,000 Euros Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuskeittiö 50,000 Euros Supplier Service The Persons Used For Production Must Have A Direct Employment Relationship With The Supplier, Excluding Cabling Work. On The Basis Of The Competition, A Framework Arrangement Is Formed, To Which A Maximum Of Four (4) Suppliers Are Selected In Order Of Priority. A More Detailed Description Of The Framework Arrangement Is Attached To The Description Of The Object Of Procurement. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Plan Document For The First Esmikko Replacement Item Related To The Tender Request Will Be Delivered To The Tenderer By E-Mail. The Document Will Be Delivered After The Tenderer Has Submitted The Signed Request For Tender Attachment Nda To The Addresses Jari.Hamalainen@Espoo.Fi And Tilapalvelut.Kulunhaltanna@Espoo.Fi. The Nda Must Be Submitted No Later Than Tuesday 22 September 2026. The Plan Document Will Be Delivered By Email Within Approximately Two (2) Business Days Of Receiving The Nda. Submission Of The Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement By The Deadline And Familiarization With The Plan Are Prerequisites For Participating In The Competition. If The Bidder Has Not Submitted The Nda By The Deadline, The Bidder Will Be Excluded From The Tender. The Customer Organizes A Site Visit To The First Esmikko Replacement Site On Tuesday 29 September 2026 At 12:00 At The Tuomarila Daycare Center (Puistotie 24, 02760 Espoo). Participation In The Destination Visit Is Mandatory. Registration For The Destination Visit Is Mandatory. A Bidder Who Has Not Registered For The Target Visit Or Does Not Participate In The Mandatory Target Visit Will Be Excluded.
