Subject Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Diesel Oil For Diesel Engines For The Needs Of Solid Waste Utilization Plant Sp. Z O.O. In Tczew In A Total Estimated Quantity Of 550,000 Liters To The Delivery Place Indicated Below And According To The Following Rules: - One-Time Delivery To The Fuel Tank Located On The Premises Of Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadów Solidych Sp. Z O. O. In Tczew At Ul. Rokicka 5A Will Include Up To Max. 10,000 Liters; - Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, At Least Once A Month; - Diesel Oil Should Be Delivered By A Specialized Transport Vehicle Equipped With A Legal System For Measuring The Pumped Out Fuel. Deliveries Of Diesel Fuel Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods (Adr), Using Means Of Transport And Equipment That Meet The Requirements Of These Regulations. - The Ordering Party Has The Right To Demand Presentation Of A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of The Pumped Fuel Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed On The Delivery Vehicle (Tank Truck). - The Fuel Will Be Used Exclusively For The Plants Own Needs. - The Ordering Party Does Not Trade Liquid Fuels Abroad And Does Not Have Appropriate Licenses In This Respect. - The Supplied Diesel Oil Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 590 Standard And The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Regulations Regarding Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. The Contractor Is Obliged To Supply Diesel Fuel Appropriate To The Climatic Conditions Applicable On The Delivery Date, I.E. Summer, Transitional Or Winter Fuel, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-En 590 Standard And Applicable Legal Regulations. - The Basis For Settling The Amount Of Delivered Diesel Oil Will Be The Indications Of The Ordering Partys Measurement System. The Amount Of Fuel Subject To Settlement Will Be Converted To The Reference Temperature Of +15°C Using The Ordering Partys Measurement System Or In Accordance With Applicable Standards Used In Fuel Trade. - The Proof Of Each Delivery Will Be A Written Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Goods Made By An Employee Authorized By The Ordering Party. - Each Delivery Should Be Accompanied By A Quality Certificate Of Diesel Oil Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer With The Specified Parameters: • Density, • Cold Filter Blocking Temperature, • Sulfur Content, • Cloud Point, Cetane Number And • Release Document (Wz Or Equivalent Delivery Document). - If Quality Defects Are Found In The Delivered Diesel Fuel, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right For The Contractor To Supplement Or Replace The Goods With Defect-Free Ones. In The Event Of Delivery Of Diesel Fuel Without The Document Referred To In Point Above Or Inconsistent With The Applicable Standard Or The Submitted Offer, The Ordering Party Will Have Rights
