Teaching Equipment – ​​Delivery Of Teaching Aids - Robotic Mats 2 Procedure. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids - Robotic Mats. The Proceedings Are Carried Out For The Needs Of The Implemented Project Entitled: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, In The Years 2023-2029, In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Regional Program - European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Priority 7 Human Capital Ready For Change, Measure 7.10 Shaping Competences In The Field Of Robotics And Programming (European Union, European Fund Social Plus). The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Teaching Aids - Robotic Mats In The Amount Of 1,102 Pieces. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Make Double-Sided, Full-Color Printing Of The Material In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Graphic Design. The Mats Will Be Used As A Workspace For Planning And Performing Tasks With Educational Robots During It Lessons And Extracurricular Activities In Grades 4-8 Of Primary School. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In § 9 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport Of December 31, 2002 On Safety And Hygiene In Public And Non-Public Schools And Facilities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1604, As Amended). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New And Fully Operational Products In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents To The Places Indicated In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Take Care Of The Natural Environment By, Among Others, Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Abandoning The Use Of Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Performance Of The Contract, Etc. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Available In The Annex To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Supplemented By The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Uses Certified Programs For Creating A Qualified Electronic Signature To Electronically Sign Documents And Statements. It Is Not Allowed To Sign Documents And Statements Using A Personal Signature Or A Trusted Signature Via Epuap. Qualified Electronic Signature - Means An Advanced Electronic Signature That Is Created Using A Qualified Electronic Signature Creation Device And Which Is Based On A Qualified Electronic Signature Certificate (Article 3(12) Of Regulation (Eu) No. 910/2014 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 July 2014 On Electronic Identification And Trust Services For Electronic Transactions In The Internal Market And Repealing The Directive 1999/93/Ec);
