Subject Of This Tender: Project Contents Technical Building Equipment (Tga) The Planned Measures In The Area Of Technical Building Equipment Are Divided Into Several Components That Will Be Implemented In The Course Of The Valorization Of The Castle Ruins: - The Adaptation And Expansion Of The Existing Power Supply From The Parking Lot Via The Outer Bailey To The Viewing Platform Including New Cable Routing And Lighting, - The Technical Development Of The Viewing Platform With Energy-Efficient And Species-Protection-Friendly Lighting As Well As The Necessary Connection Points, - The Complete Technical Equipment Of The Toilet Facility (Electrical, Heating/Ventilation/Sanitary) Including Connection To The Existing Supply And Disposal Infrastructure, - The Planning And Creation Of The Drinking Water And Dirty Water Connection Of The Toilet System To The Existing Pipe And Sewer Network. Special Framework Conditions The Castle Ruins Are A Registered Architectural And Archaeological Monument. All Tga Measures Must Be Coordinated Closely With The Monument Authorities And The Responsible Specialist And Nature Conservation Authorities. Due To The Sensitive Historical Substance And The Topographical Location, Cable Routing And Technical Installations Should Be Planned As Carefully And Cautiously As Possible. Species Protection Requirements, Especially With Regard To Lighting (E.G. Bat Protection, Minimized Light Emissions, Time Limits), Must Be Taken Into Account. Existing Infrastructure (E.G. Lines, Empty Pipes) Must Be Checked And, If Possible, Reused. Scope Of Services The Subject Of The Award Is The Specialist Planning Services Of The Technical Building Equipment For The Electrical Engineering As Well As Heating, Ventilation And Sanitary Technology System Groups, Including All Necessary Planning, Coordination And Approval Services Up To The Implementation Planning As Well As Participation In Property Monitoring. The Services Include In Particular The Planning Of The Energy Supply And Distribution, The Lighting Systems, Taking Into Account Species Protection Regulations, As Well As The Planning Of The Water And Wastewater Development Of The Toilet Facility, Including All Necessary Connections And Documentation.
