There Are Around 400 Steam Traps In The Steam System On The Ukes Main Property, Which Are Currently Still Being Checked Manually. The Steam Traps Are Installed Across Around 20 Buildings. The Solution Must Represent A Digital Steam Trap Management System As A Managed Service Solution. What Is Required Is The Continuous Recording And Evaluation Of Temperature And Ultrasound Data, Automatic Condition Diagnostics, Trend Analysis, Alarm Management And The Calculation Of Energy, Steam And Co2 Losses. The Data Must Be Made Available Via A Web-Based, Iso 50001-Compliant Platform. The Scope Of Services Includes The Digitalization Of The Steam Trap Population, Regular Expert Analyses, Optimization Reports And Recommendations For Action To Increase Energy Efficiency, System Availability And Sustainability. The Provider Must Demonstrate Proven Competence In The Holistic Analysis And Optimization Of Steam And Condensate Systems.
