Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warsaw. 4) The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimate And Is Used Only For Comparing Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas Natural Gas In The Specified Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Specified Amount Of Gas Or The Consumption Of More Gas Than The Forecast Amount. 5) The Ordering Party Is Not Covered By Tariff Protection Under The Act Of January 26, 2022 On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Consumers Due To The Situation On The Gas Market Distribution. 7) The Ordering Party Will Not Control The Value Of The Contract. The Indicated Consumption Of Natural Gas Over A 12-Month Period Is Only Indicative, Serving To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Specified Amount Of Natural Gas. 8) The Ordering Party Agrees To Receive The Invoice For The Actual Consumption Of Gas Fuel. Settlement Fee For The Gas Fuel Collected At The End Of The Settlement Period, The Amount Of Which Will Be Reduced By The Amount Specified In The Preliminary Invoices. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In: A) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
