The Scope Of The Contract Consists Of The Purchase Of A Long Reach Amphibious Excavator, Including Transport, Delivery, Commissioning, Personnel Training And Warranty Provision. Deadlines For Submission/Response To Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information: A. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline By Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is A Maximum Of 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. B. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 160 Para. (2) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. If These Deadlines End On Non-Working Days, The Contracting Authority Will Respond On The Last Working Day Before That Deadline.
