Tender For The Development Of The Hydropower Projects Under The “Small Hydropower Project Development Policy, 2015 (For Projects With A Capacity Of 2 To 25 Mw) Of The Developers Shall Include Preparation Of The Dpr Where Only A Feasibility Report Is Available, Obtaining Statutory Approvals, Execution Of Land Lease Agreements, Financial Arrangements, Design, Engineering, Construction Of The Projects, And Their Operation And Maintenance. These Responsibilities Shall Be Undertaken By The Developers On A Boot (Build, Own, Operate And Transfer) Basis.
