Tenders are invited for Procurement for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of 50 Nos. Bell & Light Level Crossing Protection Systems for Northern Railway Line of Sri Lanka Railways A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Office of the Railway Procurement Sub Department, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka from 09/09/2026 to 01/10/2026 up to 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable procurement fee of Rs. 46,700.00 only. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security. Amount of Bid security shall be Rs. 3,400,000.00 and shall be an unconditional guarantee issued by Bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 02/10/2026 and the bids will be opened immediately after closing of the bids. Bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the opening of the bids. Late bids will not be accepted.
