Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The B-6 Building To Current Fire Protection Regulations, Including The Implementation Of At Least: 1.Construction Industry: • Separating Staircases With Fire-Resistant Walls And Doors. And Providing Them With Smoke Removal And Aeration Devices In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;• Adapting Staircases To Applicable Regulations By Introducing Handrails And An Anti-Panic Gate And Rebuilding The Existing Balustrade;• Installing Smoke-Tight Doors Dividing The Corridors On Each Floor;• Separating Them With Fire-Resistant Doors. Technical Rooms;• Construction Of An Ew60 Fire Curtain;• Replacement Of Aluminum Joinery Constituting The Casing Of Horizontal Escape Routes With Fire-Resistant Joinery In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;• Construction Of Shafts, Casings And Structures For Installations, Including The Construction Of Suspended Ceilings And Basic Lighting Installations;• Equipping The Building With Elements Of Passive And Active Fire Protection In Accordance With The Design Documentation;• Execution Of Seals And Fire Protection Of Partitions And Passages Installation, • Commissioning, Adjustment And Functional Tests Of All Fire Protection Devices And Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Existing Wood-Like Cladding In The Common Areas, Due To The Failure To Meet Applicable Fire Protection Requirements, Is Intended For Permanent Dismantling And Removal. The Cladding In Question Cannot Be Reconstructed. The Existing Stone Cladding Located On The Ground Floor Remains Unchanged And Should Be Retained.
