The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces Is Planning A Tender For Portable Pvc Halls. 115 Halls Will Be Purchased + 35 As An Option. The Procurement Is Planned To Be Divided As Follows: 1) Ranking Model Where Three Will Be Delivered. The Ranking Works So That The Supplier Who Gave The Lowest Price In The Competition Is The First Supplier, The Second Supplier Who Gave The Lowest Price Is The Second Supplier, Etc. Procurements Will Be Offered To The Supplier Who Came First And If It Is Unable To Deliver, The Next One Will Be Asked, Etc. Or Another Model 2) 5 Suppliers Are Selected As Suppliers, Of Which The Supplier Who Gave The Lowest Price Is The First Supplier. If The Supplier Who Gave The Lowest Price Is Unable To Complete The Purchase, A Mini-Competition Is Held For The Purchase Among The Other Selected Suppliers And The Supplier Who Gave The Lowest Price Is Allowed To Complete The Purchase. The Delivery Locations Of The Halls Are The Units Of The Finnish Armed Forces. The Purpose Of The Halls Is Designed For Four Different Uses 1) Accommodation, Training, Renovation, Leisure Hall 2) Material Storage Hall 3) Storage Warehouse For Vehicles And Towed Equipment 4) Wash/Disinfection/Greasing Hall More Detailed Requirements Definitions In The Attachments And Links Tab. The Planned Contract Period Is Four (4) Years. The Supplier Is Not Responsible For Earthworks, Drainage (For The Site) And Work Related To The Electrical Connection (Electrical Connection). The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces Asks The Suppliers To Comment On Whether The Definition Of Requirements Is Feasible And To Give Possible Suggestions For Improvement. The Market Survey. The Publication Of The Market Survey Does Not Obligate The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Actual Procurement Or To Carry Out The Procurement In The Manner Described In The Market Survey. The Procurement Unit Does Not Undertake To Take Into Account All The Answers Given In The Market Survey. The Procurement Unit Uses The Given Answers At Its Discretion. Not Responding To The Market Survey Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender, And Responding To The Market Survey Or Possible Participation In Different Events Does Not In Any Way Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Answering The Market Survey Or Participating In Other Procedures.
