Descriptionvarsmattelier Invites Pre-Qualification For The Procurement Of A Framework Agreement For Tactical 5G Capabilities For The Defense Sector. The Procurement Includes The Following Areas: Mobile Data For Tactical Use Nationwide Military Network Slice (Mil. Slice) Military Coverage Extension (5G-Mdf) Delivered As A Service Administration And Self-Service Infrastructure And Technical Operation The Services Must Support Digitization Of Work Processes And Be Technically And Operationally Robust In Preparedness, Crisis And War. The Supplier Must Be Able To Adapt The Services To Changes In Volume And Needs, Including An Increased Number Of Users And Geographical Expansion As A Result Of The Armed Forces Long-Term Plan. The Framework Agreement Will Have A Duration Of Three (3) Years From The Time Of Signing. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Agreement By Up To Four (4) Years, So That The Total Duration Can Be Up To Seven (7) Years Including Options. Value Of The Procurement Based On The Expected Development In Needs And Scope Of Services, For The Entire Contract Period, Including Options, An Estimated Total Value For The Framework Agreement Is In The Range Of 300 Mnok–950 Mnok. The Maximum Contract Value, Including All Options, Is Set At 1,050 Mnok. This Value Represents An Upper Financial Limit That Cannot Be Exceeded.
