A Reception Facility For Existing Refugees Is To Be Set Up At Groß-Berliner-Damm 59 In 12487 Berlin. Among Other Things, It Is Planned To Completely Renew The Sanitary Installations. The Renovation Is Taking Place In An Empty Condition. There Are 26 Strands With Around 128 Residential Units To Be Renovated. Remediation Of Pollutants Has Already Taken Place. The Remaining Sanitary Facilities Will Be Dismantled And The Pipes In The Shafts Will Be Removed. The New Sanitary Facilities Will Be Rebuilt In Accordance With The Trinkwvo. Hygiene Flushing Facilities Will Be Provided. Fire Protection Barriers Are Also Part Of The Measure. The Construction Project Will Be Carried Out In Several Construction Phases. Central Plant Areas Need To Be Upgraded In Parts. Kitchen Areas, Kitchenettes, Communal Toilets And Washrooms As Well As Employee Toilets Must Also Be Equipped With Sanitary Facilities.
