Of The Public Procurement Code, This Contract Concerns The Establishment Of A “Multi-Awardee” Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The Maximum Number Of Beneficiaries Of The Framework Agreement Is 2. The Framework Agreement Is Processed At Unit Prices (Article R2112-6 1°), In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R2162-1 Et Seq. On The One Hand, And R2162-13-14 On The Other Hand. The Services Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of Foncière Publique Dile-De-France And Foncière Commune, By Issuing Successive Purchase Orders Notified To The Holder Until The Last Day Of Validity Of The Contract. The Order Forms Will Specify In Particular The Nature Of The Service To Be Performed, The Execution Time And The Place Of Execution. This Framework Agreement Is Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Under The Following Conditions: - With Differentiated Minimum Amounts Decreasing Per Beneficiary; - With A Common Maximum Amount Of 1,700,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Market. > The Economic Operator Ranked In 1St Position In The Context Of The Contract Award Will Be Entrusted With A Minimum Financial Volume Of Orders Of 135,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Contract; > The Economic Operator Ranked In 2Nd Position In The Context Of The Contract Award Will Be Entrusted With A Minimum Financial Volume Of Orders Of 51,000 Euros Excluding Tax For The Duration Of The Contract. Purchase Orders Are Issued On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Indicated In The Bpu, Applied To The Quantities Actually Ordered. Purchase Orders Are Established By The Contracting Authority Or Its Representative. The Maximum Amount Is As Follows: 1,700,000 Euros Excluding Tax, Common To All Successful Bidders For The Total Duration Of The Contract. => Duration Of The Framework Agreement: The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years.
