Type Of Service The Tenderer Accepts The Option Of A Voip-Based Voice Service As Equivalent To Traditional Pstn (Analog-Based) Services, And In The Case Of Replacing The Current Isdn30 Connections, The Establishment Of A Sip Trunk Connection. Analog And Isdn Services: The Device Providing Analog Services Should Be Located At Kunigunda Útje 64, Connected By 2 Independent Uplinks To The Service Providers Telephone Exchange. Each Of The 3 Isdn30 Services Should Have The Same Number Ranges. The Isdn30s Are To Be Provided By 2 Independent Main Centers In A 2+1 Sharing In Such A Way That, In The Event Of A Failure Of One Of Them, The Initiation And Termination Of Calls Is Ensured For The Entire Number Range. The Transmission Technology Of Isdn30s Should Be Redundant. On The Subscriber Side, 2 Pieces Of Hardware And Software Implementing The Sip Trunk Pbx Function Are Available. To Provide The Service, The Bidder Owns A Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Cucm) Switchboard. The Receiving Gateway Is 2 Cisco Isr 4331-V/K9. The Codec Types Used Are G.711 And G.729. From The Point Of View Of The Cable Service Provider, It Is Necessary To Provide 90 Simultaneous Voice Channels. With The Provision Of The Necessary Bandwidth And Channel License. The Tenderer Accepts The Following Technical Solution Instead Of Isdn30 As Equivalent: The 2 Sip Trunks Must Independently Provide The Connection To The Service Provider In Such A Way That, In The Event Of One Of Them Being Lost, Calls Can Be Initiated And Terminated For The Entire Number Range. The Bidder Must Ensure The Provision Of The Direct Sip Connection Service At The Location Specified By The Bidder (1037 Budapest, Kunigunda Útja 64.) With 2 X 30 Audio Channels In Two Separate Machine Rooms Located Under Kunigunda Útja 64, Budapest, With The Following Quality Parameters: Sip-Trunk-Based 99.5% Annual Availability Delay Max. 150 Ms Expected Quality: G711 Each Of The 2 Sip Services Should Have The Same Number Ranges. In The Sip 1+1 Sharing, 2 Independent Main Centers Should Ensure That, In The Event Of A Failure Of Any Of Them, Calls Can Be Started And Terminated For The Entire Number Range. Sip Transmission Technology Should Be Redundant. With Regard To The Specific Technical Method Of Establishing A Direct Sip Connection, The Bidder Does Not Specify Any Constraints Other Than The Above; Provision Of The Service Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder. The Bidder Does Not Accept Bids For Cps Services. It Is A Basic Requirement That The Bidder Can Ensure Number Portability In The Event That A Different Service Provider Wins This Tender Than The Current One.
