Preparation Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation For An Investment Project Involving The Modernization Of The Front Buildings And Annexes At Ul. Ząbkowska 12 In Warsaw.1.Subject Of The Basic Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation - Including Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design And Cost Estimates - For The Investment Task Consisting In The Modernization Of The Front Buildings And The Side Outbuilding At Ul. Ząbkowska 12, Together With Their Expansion With A New Outbuilding And Land Development In Order To Adapt The Facilities Into Residential And Service Premises, Combined With Comprehensive Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required Deviations From The Technical Conditions, Recommendations, Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Final Administrative Decisions Necessary To Commence And Implement Construction Works. The Basic Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Construction And Executive Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation), Which Includes Includes: A) Inventory Of Buildings; B) Technical Expertise Of Buildings; C) Obtaining Connection Conditions For Utilities From Network Operators, The Right To Make Connections To Buildings And Access To The Property, And Obtaining All Necessary Design Materials And Legally Required Approvals, Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits, As Well As Developing All Materials To The Extent Resulting From Legal Provisions Or Requirements Of Authorized Entities, Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit; D) Conceptual Design In Two Variants; E) Construction Design To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit - Land Development Design; Architectural And Construction Design With Attachments; F) Technical Design; G) Architectural And Conservation Design; H) Multi-Discipline Detailed Design;I) Multi-Discipline Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb);J) Multi-Discipline Investor Cost Estimates Along With Bills Of Quantities.2) Preparation Of Other Studies Indicated In The Opz And Representing The Ordering Party In The Proceedings For Obtaining A Building Permit. 2. Option Under The Option Right, Under The Terms Specified In The Agreement, The Ordering Party May Commission A Service Including: A) Updating Investor Cost Estimates, B) Providing Authors Supervision During Construction And Assembly Works, C) Providing Support To The Ordering Party In The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works. Under The Option Right, The Contractor: 1) Will Update Investor Cost Estimates - In The Quantity And Form Consistent With The Opz. 2) Will Perform Multi-Sector Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works. Authors Supervision In All Industries Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Field, In Particular In Accordance With The Construction Law And On The Principle
