Site work shall include demolition, cast-in-place cement concrete stairs and ramps; repairs to existing concrete slab; stone masonry, repointing of existing stone masonry; integral colored and stamped concretepavement; bituminous concrete pavement; furnishment and installation of hand railings and guard rails; landscaping; removal and replacement of spiral staircase; graffiti removal etc
