The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Renovation Of The Facades And The Glass Roof Of The Six Jetons Primary School. This Contract Is Subdivided Into A Firm Tranche And A Conditional Tranche In Accordance With Art 57 Of The Law Of June 17, 2016 Relating To Public Procurement. The Conditional Tranche Only Concerns The Items Specified In The Detailed Bill Of Quantities (Page 16 To 18). The Rest Of The Items In The Detailed Quantity Survey Concern The Firm Section. This Split Is Necessary For Budgetary Reasons. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Order The Conditional Tranche If The Necessary Budgetary Appropriations Are Not Available.
