Providing Management For The New Office And Training Building At Gilze Rijen Air Base. The New Building For The Royal Air Force Houses Office And Training Spaces And Supporting Facility Areas. The Building Is Part Of The Clrs (Air And Space Forces Command) On The Defense Grounds. The Training Rooms Mainly Include Rooms To Prepare Primary Business Operations. The Main Tasks Of The Manager Are Described In The Appendix 22606 - Abaa Dnr - X-List - Management And In The Appendix 22606 - Abaa Dnr - Assignment Description. The Manager Carries Out The Management In Accordance With The Uav And Represents The Client During The Implementation And Aftercare Phase Of The Project. The Starting Point For The Implementation Are The Raw And Stabu Specifications Based On The Uav. The Building To Be Realized Comprises Approximately 8,000 M2 Gfa (Approx. 45 X 100 M1).
