Request for Information for Rfi To Inform Reform Of Pension Fund Investments Regulations And Actuarial And Fund Management Regulations The Ministry Of Caymanian Employment, And Department Of Labour And Pensions, Are Issuing An Rfi Relating To A Forthcoming Actuarial Study And Review Of The National Pensions (Pension Fund Investments) Regulations And The National Pensions (Actuarial And Fund Management) Regulations. This Rfi Covers Two Workstreams: An Actuarial Study Of The Private Sector Pension Regime, And A Review Of The Regulations Governing How Pension Fund Assets Are Invested. It Seeks Views On Both, Asks Whether Respondents Can Deliver Both, And Seeks Indicative Timelines And Costs. In November 2025 The Department Issued A Request For Information In Respect Of The Actuarial Study Alone. Having Considered The Responses, The Department Concluded That The Actuarial Study Cannot Sensibly Be Scoped In Isolation From The Investment Regulations. This Rfi Therefore Covers Both. Respondents Who Replied To The Earlier Rfi Need Not Repeat What They Have Already Provided But Are Invited To Address The Investment Regulations And The Combined Delivery Questions.
