The Building Must Have A Usable Area (Nuf) According To Din 277 Of At Least 372 M², Approx. 19 Parking Spaces And 5 Bicycle Parking Spaces. The Required Employee Parking Spaces Can Also Be Located On A Neighboring Property. The Investor/Landlord Must Provide And Maintain The Entire Building During The Rental Period According To The Tenants Specifications. The Aim Is For Structural Completion And Handover By The End Of 2029.
