The Object Of The Contract To Be Awarded Consists In The Purchase Of Technical Assistance Services During The Period Of The Works - Work Supervision Services (Site Management) According To H.G. No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds. The Main Objective Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Successful Implementation Of The Chindia Park Regeneration And Revitalization Project, Including The Modernization Of The Zoo In Order To Improve The Green-Blue Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Târgoviște - Smis 335733 In Terms Of Time, Cost, Quality And Safety Parameters. The General Objective Of The Project Regeneration And Revitalization Of Chindia Park, Including The Modernization Of The Zoo In Order To Improve The Green-Blue Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Târgoviște Aims At The Reconfiguration Of The Urban Space And The Redevelopment Of Unused And Degraded Spaces, Thus Contributing Significantly To The Creation And Development Of Sustainable And Balanced Urban Areas From An Economic, Social, Cultural And Territorial Point Of View, To The Improvement Of The Living Conditions Of The Inhabitants Of The Municipality Of Târgoviște, Including The Population Visiting The Locality And Its Surroundings For Tourist, Business And Transit Purposes, To Ensure The Quality Of Living By Rehabilitating A Recreation And Leisure Area With Green Spaces And Public Facilities, Intended For All Age And Socio-Professional Categories, To Increase The Attractiveness Of The Municipality Of Târgoviște For The Population And Economic Agents And To Consolidate The Attractive Socio-Economic Climate And Reduce The Level Of Pollution, Including Noise And Improving The Aesthetic Aspect Of The Municipality Of Târgoviște.
