The Subject Of The Performance Is The Provision Of Property Management In The Premises Of The Building Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications At Terezy Nováková 62 And The Maintenance Of The Surrounding Environment Of The Building - Garden, Roads. The Subject Of Performance Is Divided Into Flat-Rate Services, Which The Client Will Pay To The Supplier On A Monthly Basis, And Further Services, Which The Client Will Pay To The Supplier According To Their Actual Consumption. Flat-Rate Activities: • Administration Of The Filing Office, Administration Of The Building And Concierge, • Ecological Cleaning (Examination Rooms, Offices, Common Areas, Kitchens, Sanitary Facilities, Archives), Including Replenishment Of Hygienic Consumables Such As Toilet Paper, Hygienic Bags, Liquid Soap, Etc. (The Material Will Be Purchased Within The Departmental Dns), • Maintenance Of The Boiler Room, • Provision Of Winter Maintenance. If Necessary, The Following Services: - Special Services: Road Cleaning, Road Maintenance, Green Maintenance And Inspection And Management Of The Building, Winter Maintenance, - Other Services: Activities Related To The Correctness, Maintenance And Operation Of The Building, - Extraordinary Activities: In Case Of An Accident. The Building Houses A School And Kindergarten And A Center For Social Services. The Contractor Will Not Manage The Building In These Areas.
